By virtue of the power of sale con
tained in that certain Security Deed
from Steve K. Grey and Lequita Di
onne Grey to Fidelity Bank, dated
June 10, 2013, and recorded in Deed
Book 24005, Page 689, DeKalb
County, Georgia Records (herein
after referred to as the “Security
Deed”), said Security Deed convey
ing the after-described property to se
cure a note of payment and perform
ance of the note in the original prin
cipal amount of Two Hundred Three
Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Five
and 70/100 Dollars ($203,235.70), as
later modified, with interest thereon
as set forth therein, there will be sold
by the undersigned at public outcry to
the highest bidder for cash before the
Courthouse at DeKalb County, Geor
gia, within the legal hours of sale on
Tuesday, July 7, 2015, the property
described on Exhibit “A” attached
hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
