Secure Debt from Julius Crawford
to Ford Consumer Finance Co., Inc.
in the original principal amount of
$51,455.55 dated 05/30/1997, and
recorded in Deed Book 9474, page
29, DeKalb County records, the un
dersigned will sell at public outcry to
the highest bidder for cash before the
Courthouse door in said County, dur
ing the legal hours of sale, on the first
Tuesday of July, 2015 by CitiMort
gage Inc., successor by merger to
CitiFinancial Mortgage Company,
Inc., a New York corporation
(formerly known as Associates Home
Equity Services, Inc., formerly known
as Ford Consumer Finance Com
pany, Inc.), as Attorney-in-Fact for
Julius Crawford the following de
scribed property:
All that parcel of land lying and being
in Land Lot 163 of the 15th District of
DeKalb County, Georgia, being Lot
62, Glenhaven Acres Subdivision, as
per plat recorded in Plat Book 20,
Page 47, DeKalb County records;
and being more particularly de
scribed as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin at the corner
formed by the intersection of the
Southeasterly side of Brenda Drive
(formerly Hanes Drive) with the north
side of Lindsey Drive, if said street
lines were extended to form an angle
instead of a curve; and running
thence Northeasterly, along the

Deed to Secure Debt having been
declared due and payable because of
default in the payment of the in
