tained in a Security Deed given by
Luella Harris to Mortgage Electronic
Registration Systems, Inc. as nomin
ee for Equifirst Corporation dated
11/12/2007 and recorded in Deed
Book 20474 Page 107, DeKalb
County, Georgia records; as last
transferred to or acquired by
Deutsche Bank National Trust Com
pany, as Trustee for Equifirst Loan
Securitization Trust 2008-1, Mort
gage Pass-Through Certificates,
Series 2008-1, conveying the after-
described property to secure a Note
in the original principal amount of $
115,200.00, with interest at the rate
specified therein, there will be sold by
the undersigned at public outcry to
the highest bidder for cash before the
Courthouse door of DeKalb County,
Georgia, within the legal hours of
sale on July 07, 2015 (being the first
Tuesday of said month unless said
date falls on a Federal Holiday), the
following described property:
All that tract or parcel of land lying
and being in Land Lot 40 of the 18th
District of DeKalb County, Georgia,
being Lot 21, of Monticello Subdivi
sion, as per plat recorded in Plat
Book 80, Page 124, DeKalb County,
Georgia, records, which plat is incor
porated herein and made a part here
of by reference, and being improved
property known as 419 Thomas Jef
ferson Drive, Stone Mountain, Geor
gia, according to the present system
of numbering houses in DeKalb
County, Georgia.
The debt secured by said Security
Deed has been and is hereby de
clared due because of, among other
possible events of default, failure to
pay the indebtedness as and when
due and in the manner provided in
the Note and Security Deed. The
debt remaining in default, this sale
will be made for the purpose of pay
ing the same and all expenses of this
sale, as provided in the Security
Deed and by law, including attorney’s
fees (notice of intent to collect attor
ney’s fees having been given).
Said property is commonly known as
419 Thomas Jefferson Drive, Stone
Mountain, GA 30083 together with
all fixtures and personal property at
tached to and constituting a part of
said property, if any. To the best
knowledge and belief of the under
