sale, including attorneys’ fees (notice
of intent to collect attorneys’ fees
having been given).
Said property will be sold subject to
any outstanding ad valorem taxes (in
cluding taxes which are a lien, but not
yet due and payable), and to any as
sessments, liens, encumbrances,
zoning ordinances, restrictions, cov
enants, or other matters of record
which are superior to the Security
Deed set out above, including,
without limitation, that certain Secur
ity Deed in favor of One Source Mort

Lender, the described Property is in
the possession of Grantor. Said Prop
