the indebtedness secured by a Deed
to Secure Debt executed by AMU
HOLD LLC to NEWHILL, LLC
(“Lender”), dated February 28, 2014
and recorded in Deed Book 24285,
page 423, Dekalb County Georgia re
cords as amended by instrument re
corded at Deed Book 24653, page
205, Dekalb County Georgia records,
in the original principal amount of
$130,000.00, Lender has declared
the entire amount of said indebted
ness due and payable and, pursuant
to said Power of Sale contained in
said Deed to Secure Debt, will on the
first Tuesday in January, 2016, dur
ing the legal hours of sale at the
Courthouse door in Dekalb County,
sell at public outcry to the highest
bidder for cash, the property de
scribed in said Deed, to wit:
