to EPD 391-3-6-.05 of a 15,525 gal
lon wastewater spill that occurred on
March 14, 2016, at 17:38 hours, at
4251 Long Branch Court,
Brookhaven into North Fork Nancy
Creek. The spill was due to a man
hole surging on an 8” sewer line due
to a grease blockage; causing a spill.
The problem was corrected at 21:05
hours, when a crew pressure washed
the sewer line 300ft and removed the
blockage at 225ft and restored nor
mal flow.

The HUD Annual Action Plan is re
quired to receive federal funds for
Community Development Block Grant
(CDBG), HOME Investment Partner
ships (HOME), Emergency Solutions
Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportun
ities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA)
Programs.
The Plan draft includes community
and housing priorities for the use of
the above funds; goals of the priorit
ies, citizen participation/consultation,
housing needs assessment for the
homeless, and the investment of re
sources to meet these needs and any
minor amendments. It also provides a
strategy for meeting the identified
needs, addressing barriers to fair
housing and lead-based paint haz
ards, non-housing community devel
opment plan, and anti-poverty
strategies.
The State is in the fourth year of the
Consolidated Plan. The draft ++An-
nual Action Plan++ specifically de
tails how CDBG, HOME, ESG, and
HOPWA annual funding allocations
will be used to carry out the strategy
of the Consolidated Plan.
A copy of the draft FFY2016 Annu
al Action Plan will be available for
public comment on April 1, 2016
after 5:00 PM. The comment peri
