tained in a certain security deed ex
ecuted by Amy L. Dennis, herein
after referred to as Grantor, to Mort
gage Electronic Registration Sys
tems, Inc., as nominee for Home
Mortgage Corporation, A Georgia
Corporation recorded in Deed Book
21140, beginning at page 560, of the
deed records of the Clerk of the Su
perior Court of the aforesaid state
and county, and by virtue of a default
under the terms of said security
deed, and the related note, the un
dersigned attorney-in-fact for the
aforesaid Grantor (which attorney-in-
fact is the present holder of said se
curity deed and note secured
thereby) will sell at the usual place of
conducting Sheriff's sales in said
county within the legal hours of sale,

is” basis without any representation,
warranty or recourse against the
above-named or the undersigned.
