Inc. DeKalb Regional Health System
is a three-hospital system which in
cludes DeKalb Medical at North Dec

Decatur. The proposed transaction

DeKalb Regional Health System,

Baptist Church, located at 2108 Bri-
arcliff Road, NE, Atlanta, GA 30329,
the Georgia Department of Transport
ation will hold a Public Information
Open House concerning the project
listed above.
This project proposes to add turn
lanes at the intersection of Briarcliff
Road and Lavista Road in DeKalb
County. Intersection improvements
would also include updating the sig
nal timing/phases to reduce delay,
improved ADA compliant ramps, and
new sidewalks to connect facilities.
The purpose of this Location and
Public Information Open House is to
provide the public with an opportun
ity to view the project, ask questions,
and comment on the project.
The Open House will be held
from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. It will be
informal, and the public is invited to
attend anytime during these hours.
There will be no formal presentation.
A court reporter will be available to al
low the public an opportunity to make
verbal comments about the project.

The Project is to be owned and oper
ated by DeKalb Abbington Reserve,
LP, a Georgia limited partnership (the
“Borrower”). The financing of the
Project will be by the Issuer for the
benefit of the Borrower pursuant to a
Funding Loan Agreement and a
Project Loan Agreement. In said pro
ceeding, the Court will also pass
upon the validity of said Funding
Loan Agreement, said Project Loan
Agreement, a Project Note, a Secur
ity Instrument, a Guaranty, a Land
Use Restriction Agreement and the
other Project Loan Documents in
connection therewith relating to the
Governmental Note, as well as upon
the validity of the Housing Authorit

the Authority and the Company. Prin

be secured by an assignment of pay
ments required to be made to the Au
thority under the Rental Agreement.

an option to purchase the Project
