be sold at public outcry to the highest

erty herein conveyed is identified and
more particularly described in said
Declaration or in recorded amend
ments thereto, and in the Phase Two
Site Plan dated April 20, 1973, and
recorded at Apartment or Condomini
um Plat Book 2, Page 37, Dekalb
County Records, as Residence No.
6021 Regent Manor Drive of Somer
set, together with all of the appurten
ances thereto, the description as con
tained in the above mentioned De
claration or amendment and Phase
Two Site Plan (revised or supple
mental plans) being expressly by ref
erence incorporated herein and made
a part hereof. The interest herein
conveyed includes, without limiting
the generality of the foregoing, tile
percentage undivided interest in the
common areas and facilities of the
Condominium known as Somerset
computed in accordance with Para
graph VII. D. of the aforesaid Declar
ation and as the percentage undi
vided interest may change from time
to time in accordance with the Declar
ation. The initial percentage undi
vided interest as computed aforesaid
is .6530%. The number of square
feet of interior improved and covered
floor area in the Residence herein
conveyed for purposes of the for
mula in the Declaration to determine
such percentage interest is ONE
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEV
ENTY-FIVE (1275).
The debt secured by said Security
Deed has been and is hereby de
clared due because of, among other
possible events of default, failure to
pay the indebtedness as and when
due and in the manner provided in
the Note and Security Deed. The
debt remaining in default, this sale
will be made for the purpose of pay
ing the same and all expenses of this
sale, as provided in Security Deed
and by law, including attorney's fees
(notice of intent to collect attorney’s
fees having been given).
