R. Champion to Mortgage Electronic
Registration Systems, Inc., as nomin
ee for Home Mortgage Corporation,
its successors and assigns dated Oc
tober 6, 2006, and recorded in Deed
Book 19286, Page 539, DeKalb
County Records, said Security Deed
having been last sold, assigned,
transferred and conveyed to THE
BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON,
F/K/A The Bank of New York as trust
ee for registered Holders of CWABS,
Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates,
Series 2007-BC3, securing a Note in
the original principal amount of
$225,000.00, the holder thereof pur
suant to said Deed and Note thereby
secured has declared the entire
amount of said indebtedness due and
payable and, pursuant to the power
of sale contained in said Deed, will
on the first Tuesday, July 3, 2018,
during the legal hours of sale, before
the Courthouse door in said County,
sell at public outcry to the highest
bidder for cash, the property de
scribed in said Deed, to-wit:

being incorporated herein and made
a part hereof by reference.
Said property is known as 6951
Stoneridge Court, Stone Mountain,
GA 30087, together with all fixtures
and personal property attached to
and constituting a part of said prop
erty, if any.
Said property will be sold subject to
any outstanding ad valorem taxes (in
cluding taxes which are a lien, wheth
er or not now due and payable), the
right of redemption of any taxing au
thority, any matters which might be
disclosed by an accurate survey and
inspection of the property, any as
sessments, liens, encumbrances,
zoning ordinances, restrictions, cov
enants, and matters of record superi
or to the Security Deed first set out
above.
The proceeds of said sale will be ap
plied to the payment of said indebted

provided in said Deed, and the bal
