sel in all actions filed on or after

to proceed to trial at that time.
All conflicts shall be handled as
required by Georgia Uniform
Court Rule 17.1. Attendees at
the Non-Jury Trial Calendar
must have express authority to
settle the pending claim(s) and
must be prepared to confiden
tially reveal the terms of settle
ment to the Court.
The removal of a case for any
reason from the Non-Jury Trial
Calendar shall be by Order of
the Court only. A Motion for

ing as a separate pleading filed
with the Clerk of State Court,
and a copy served on the op
posing parties, at least ten (10)

al is not so demanded, then a
party shall be deemed to have
waived the right to trial by jury
for damages pursuant to
Collins v. Jones, 197 Ga. App.
839, 399 S.E.2d 546 (1990).

Clients placing legal advertising agree to read the first publication

of the publication shall be final on determining receipt of any
message.
3. The Champion has no reasonable way to confirm authenticity
of a transmission received or whether it was transmitted by an au
thorized agent of a legal client and shall not be held responsible
for determining this.
4. All clients using fax or e-mail for transmission of legal data
agree to hold this publication harmless for consequences of any
breach of confidentiality which might occur.
5. Facsimile and e-mail cannot replace the submission of ac
curate source documents, but can provide a quicker, easier way
to transmit such data for those who wish to use it. We are glad to

this Conference is to determ
ine the status of the case, re
solve remaining issues, and
schedule the case for trial. A
consolidated Pre-Trial Order
will be due sixty (60) days be
fore trial, but the Order need
not be prepared for the Pre-Tri
al Conference.
At the Pre-trial Conference,

ing discovery issues, all
