Dr. J. Wilbur Chapman antl his party,
with Charles M. Alexander, will sail
from Vancouver March 23 for Australia.
Meetings wi.l be held in Melbourne and
Sydney, after which smaller cities in
Australia. New Zealand and Tasmania
will be visited. In the autumn the party
will leave for China, Japan, Korea and
the Philippines, returning to this country
next winter. Among those accompanying
Dr. Chapman and Mr. Alexander
for all or part of the journey will be

Gipsey Smith is a Methodist loeal
preacher who for the last twelve years
has been connected with the Free
Church Council of England and Wales.
He is one of the four evangelists, or missioners.

all England. He is supported wholly by
the Free Church Council (of which the
Rev. J. H. .lowett, the great Birmingham
preacher, is president), a body that corresponds
to the Federal Council of the
Churches of Christ in America.
