At a meeting of the session of Buffalo church, on June 13, 1909, its members desire to express their profound respect and affectionate esteem for our late member, George Hunt, who for forty years haj been a faithful and devoted ruling elder, and for forty years served as clerk of the session. The following resolutions were adopted: Whereas, It has pleased our Heavenly miner, in mis an wise providence, to take to himself Ruling Elder George Hunt, be it Resolved, first, That in the death of our brother and fellow laborer, a great loss has been sustained both to the Church and session; Second, That we bear testimony to his faithfulness and devotion to the Church, and to his consistent walk and conversation; Third, That we bow in humble submission to the will of him who doeth all things well; Fourth, That we extend our sincere and heartfelt sympathy to the sorrowing ones and commend them to our Heavenly Father; Fifth, That these resolutions be given a page in our minutes, that a copy be sent to the family, and published in our religious papers. J. A. Paisley, Mod., B. F. Hunt, Stanlev Meor? S?oolnn SUSPENDED JUDGMENT. "I try more %nd more every year to hold judgment of others in suspense till I can know all the facts at first hand." said one who was accused of being too lenient toward offenders. "Certainly I am not qualified to judge till then. God's commandment is 'judge not!'" Suspended judgment is the best kind of judgment It is so impossible to know all the cir, cumstances and imnulse3 that Ipjwi an. other to do certain thing^s we condemn, that our judgment can never be alrogether just! As we know instinctively, and of ten protestingly, that others can -not Judge us rightly, let us try to remember that we are not qualified to pass judgment upon others.?The Wellspring.
