August 18, 1909. meeting In Sunday school the following Sunday. From that time, for twenty years, with intervals of unavoidable interruptions, has Mrs. Grigg continued a faithful attendant and a helpful scholar. Her step grew slow, her form bent, but 110 infirmities weakened her zeal for the House of God. Her Interest In the Phu roll WOO ahnwn r\nt nnlv hv har ular attendance, but by her efforts to bring others into the fold, which she found a refuge. It seems that our class can not spare her lively devotion to its prosperity, her slow but clear comprehension of. her strong faith in the prom ises contained in the lesson. But we know that her heart will never more be 4 troubled: that she has entered into the mansion prepared for her, there to dwell and rejoice evermore. Her summons was sudden, but our Father, after a few hours of suffering, "sent out his light and his truth and brought her into his holy hill." As we are called home one by one, may the members of this class all "sit together in heavenlv nlaces" and with ranks unbroken unite to "sing praises, sing- praises to our King,' through all eternity, Her Sunday School Teacher. The "Metropolitan Magazine" has enlisted for the war against "The White Death." The initial article in the April number is a masterful one by W. O. F. Lewis on Tuberculosis, The Disease and its Causes. It is profusely illustrated with pictures and diagrams. The showing it makes is sufficient to startle the mind and to set all to thinking. In the May issue of the same magazine a second article of the series deal with the prevention of tuberculosis.
