Home Health Club j
By Dr. David H. Keeder, Chicago, 111.
An Emergency Case: Since this is an
age of automobiles, rapid transit, and
outdoor sports, the emergency case
properly equipped is a necessity.
Possessed of an emergency case, containing
the articles herein suggested,
and good common-sense, combined with
a knowledge of how to give the Home
Health Club treatments, you will be
able to render iirst aid to the injured,
ji to one suddenly stricken with some

presents itself, thus relieving a fellowjeing
from pain, or perhaps saving life,
which act will always be a source of
self-satisfaction, and that sort of selfsatisfaction
is nothing more or less
than a proper reward for a kind act,
and is in no way reprehensible, but
lUite the contrary. Besides, in owning
and using such a case you will be acquiring
useful information, almost imperceptibly.
This case is merely for personal, or
home use. -More elaborate and extensive
ones may be devised for schools,
camps, factories, ships, mines, etc. it
is better to prepare Buch an important
thing before there is need of it. The
sense of providence will endorse that.
It is of course more necessary that
such a case should be on hand where
one is not in touch with a drug store.
11 is handy on an outing and is a sort
of insurance against accident. Hn cases

Never Lock the Case: You might have
trouble finding the key, in a hurry, but
always keep it where the children or

Following should be the contents of

give a paper telling something about
the uses of these articles:

AN OF THE SOUTH
COST OF SOLOMON'S TEMFLE.
So. many estimates have been made
as to the cost of the magnificent temple
of Solomon, 110 two of which ever
agreed, that the Trestle Board always
prints statistics regarding this stupendous
edifice with some degree of mental
reservation. Our readers, however,
like to speculate on these matters, and
therefore every particle of information
on the subject is of interest. Hence we
give the following, which is from 'People,"
a British publication, She values
being stated n British currency:
"The cost of Solomon's Temple and
its internal decorations and other paraphernalia
was one of the wonders of
the olden times. According to Villalpanius,
the 'talents' of gold, silver and
brass used in its construction were valued
at the enormous stun of ?6,879,822,000.
The worth of the jewels is generally
placed at a figure equally high.
