Plates lur diplomas and seals have been
executed and received. The Officers of
tho Institution continue as they wore last
year, witli the addition’ 61’ Rev. Dr. J. L.

In the services of this officer, the highest

The rebuilding ofthe btffnt edifice has
been confided to the Prudential Committee,
living near the Institution—with instruction
to design it principally for a Chapel, to bo
limited to an expense of SB,OOO. It lias
not yet been contracted for, in consequence
of divers disappointments by the Committee
in obtaining a suitable draft for it. Dr.
