A YOUNG MAN HURT.
Knocked Cff a Caboose at Hall Station
Near Kingston.
Kingston, Jan. 19 —A serious accident
happened this morning at Hall’s Mills,
•five miles aorth of Kingston, on W. & A.
R. R A car was derailed on No. 13 at
18:10, delaying one other freight on same
schedule, also No. 3 passe, ger. The
wrecked car was moved off the track so
trains could pass and No. 7, local freight
came along in a few minutes and Mr. Ed
Byrd, train hand and son of John Byrd,
conductor, was on the ladder of the
caboose, and in passing tbe wrecked car
■was struck and knocked off and painfully
hurt in the right hip and side. He was
brought to Kingston on the south bound
paesenger. Dr. Mayson being called in,

In all blood disorders,
this remedy has num

of uninterrupted suc

proprietors to sell
this remedy as no
other blood-purifier
can be sold. They
have so much confi
dence in the “ Dis
covery” that they guarantee it in all diseases
that come from a torpid liver or impure
blood. As a blood-cleanser, flesh-builder,
and strength-restorer, nothing like the “ Dis
covery ”is known to medical science. Dys
pepsia, Indigestion, Biliousness, and the most
■stubborn Skin, Scalp, or Scrofulous Affec
tions, quickly yield to its purifying and
■cleansing properties. If it doesn't benefit or
cure, you have jour money back.

MOVING CENTRAL’S EFFECTS.
A Physical D vorce of Two Railroads In
dicated.
There was uou-utl ajtivity in the C.
R iC. railroad yards yesterday. Wotk
meu w regi luriug up tbe loose t ff-ctr.
of the Central railroad and loading tbi m
on cars prepara'oiy to shipment. Tbt-se
< lire s included ritch m ivables as cioa--
tire, timbers, switches and tbe like,
which are tbe property of tbe Central
railroad. I'his ciuaed a good deal of
specular,io I as to the fact
seems to be that as a separate receiver
for the C. R. & <l. railroad his been
asked by its b n*d tolders under foreclos
ure, and a< Mr. I'omer, receiver of the
Central, who has heie ofore bad charge
of the C. R. & ' ~ wid hive a new mau,
representing diffirent interests, to deal
with, he is getting the loose property of
the Central hack on its own lines where
there can be no controversy over it.
T « fact that the Central endorsed the
bonds of the (I R <fc C. and afterwards
defaulted on the interest may cut some
figure in the n>ntrer.
