City Electric Railway Company ter
minated yesterday.
The jury gave him a verdict of $2.-
250. The suit was f r £5,000. Burney '
was thrown from a transfer wagon,
and claimed that the rails being too
high caused it. He was laid up with !
an injured leg for some time.
He was represented yesterday by

Smith. Judge Branham for the street
