indicted for perjury on her accusation 1

Laugerman, was arraigned before-Judge
Cowing in part 1 of the court of general
sessions and pleaded not guilty.
Mr. Houre, counsel tor Miss-Auib. sug
gested that die court appoint a,(«wrms- 1

tion of the girl. He had, lee said,, ar
rived so far at no definite conclusion in
the case He had some peikate farts
about the girl’s case which he would
submit to the court. Mr. Hoose also
asked that no one be allowed to see the
prisoner in the Tombs.
Colonel Fellows said that lie had in

charged on her own recognizance, had
not the new phase, caused by her re
cent recantation, appeared. He asked
that bail be at SI,OOO. Barbara, i

Atlanta, Dec. 13.—December 28 is
r the day set apart for the Sigma, Alpha,
Epsilon fraternity at the exposition,and

the college fraternity, closing with a
