October 22, 2019, recorded in
Deed Book 167, pages 517-522,
in the Office of the Clerk of Supe
rior Court of Wheeler County,
Georgia, conveying the property
described hereinafter to secure a
Note in the original principal
amount of $20,752.50 with inter
est thereon as set forth therein,
for a total amount of $19,760.88
(as of June 27, 2021) being due,
there will be sold at public outcry
to the highest bidder for cash,
before the Courthouse door of
Wheeler County, Alamo, Georgia,
during the legal hours of sale on
the first Tuesday in September,
2021, the following described
property, to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying
and being in the City of Glen-
wood, Wheeler County, Georgia
and being all in City Lots Num
bers 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33
and 34 in Block Number 21, as
shown in the original survey of
said city, each of said lots fronting
25 feet on the South side of 4th
Avenue and running back in the
even width a distance of 150 feet
to an alley. Said lots together
form one tract of land bounded,
now or formerly as follows: North
by 4th Avenue; East by land of
Joni Towns et al.; South by an
alley; and West by lands of Mrs.
Ina Reynolds and Helen Reyn
olds. This is same tract of land as
was conveyed from Louise F.
Yawn to Wesley Ray Yawn, Sr.
By deed dated July 10, 2000 and
recorded in Deed Book 98, page
385, Wheeler County Deed Re

The debt secured by said Deed
to Secure Debt has been and is
hereby declared due because of
non-payment of the indebted
ness when due and in the man
ner provided in the Note and
Deed to Secure Debt. The debt
remaining in default, the sale will
be made for the purpose of pay
ing the same and all expenses of
sale, as provided in the Deed to
Secure Debt and by law, includ
ing attorney’s fees, notice of in
tent to collect attorney’s fee hav
ing been given.
Said property will be sold subject
to any outstanding ad valorem
taxes, any assessments, liens,
encumbrances, zoning ordi
nances, restrictions, covenants,
and matters of record superior to
the Deed to Secure Debt first set
