Vidalia SoundTribe Revives the Classics

The Vidalia High
School SoundTribe will
bring the classic rocks hits
of yesteryears back to life
with their “Classic Rock
Revival” this season.
Band Director Eliza
beth Taylor has spent 4
years leading the Sound-
Tribe, but brings 37 years
of teaching instrumental
music experience to her
students. She shared her
excitement for this year’s
show, which will feature
well-known hits from
American and British
Classic Rock artists, such
as Kansas, Wild Cherry,
Credence Clearwater Re
vival, Queen, and Joan Jett
and the Blackhearts.
Taylor is assisted in
leading the band by Assis

been working fervently
to prepare for the upcom
ing marching season. Our
students are really excited
about the music selected
for this year's halftime
show and believe the au
dience will appreciate it
as well,” Taylor remarked.
“Additionally, The Sound-
Tribe will be performing
a pregame show with sev
eral patriotic selections as
well as crowd stadium fa
vorites to create an electric
game day atmosphere as
they cheer on the Indians.”
