of a tract conveyed by Warranty
Deed from William Stone to Wil

The debt secured by said Secu
rity Deed has been and is hereby
declared due because of, among
other possible events of default,
failure to pay the indebtedness as
and when due and in the manner
provided in the Note and Security
Deed. The debt remaining in de
fault, this sale will be made for the
purpose of paying the same and
all expenses of this sale, as pro
vided in said Security Deed and
by law, including attorneys’ fees
(notice of intent to collect attor
neys’ fees having been given).
Said property will be sold subject
to any outstanding ad valorem
taxes (including taxes which are
a lien, but not yet due and pay
able), any matters which might
be disclosed by an accurate sur
vey and inspection of the prop
erty, any assessments, liens, en

restrictions, covenants, and mat
ters of record superior to the Se
curity Deed first set out above.

The Position:
The Executive Board of Directors of action pact, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of
Executive Director. The Executive Director, leading a team of approximately 375 staff members, with
approximately 15 direct reports, works in partnership with the Board to accomplish action pact’s mis
sion, creates and maintains a clear vision for the agency and is responsible for carrying out the work for
the agency.
A qualifying candidate will have:
• Demonstrated leadership, relationship building, management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise subordinate staff and provide administration guidance,
management, and leadership.
• Knowledge of nonprofit operations, policies, procedures, funding sources, federal and state
program policy requirements, and regulations.
• Be responsible for interpreting board policy, statements and directives and communicating such to
advisory boards, appropriate staff and outside entities as needed.
• Be responsible for coordinating with program directors and fiscal officer to ensure safeguarding of
agency assets.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Services, Leadership, Administration, or related
field is required.
Experience: Five years of related experience in the administration and management of government
contracted programs.
Hiring Range: $115,440-130,611

The Lyons Housing Authority is seeking an
Occupancy/Maintenance Clerk
The Lyons Housing Authority is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the
full-time position of Occupancy/Maintenance Clerk. This is a highly responsible
administrative position which reports directly to the Executive Director. Duties
performed include application intaking, leasing apartments, providing customer
service, and maintaining maintenance work orders and reports and lease compli
ance enforcement. All duties must be performed in accordance with Program rules
and regulations.
The ideal candidate should have at least five (5) years' experience working in the
leasing and occupancy of federally subsidized housing properties. A high school
diploma or equivalent is required. A degree from an accredited college or univer
sity is a plus.
The salary for this position begins at $31,200.00, depending on experience, certifi
cations, and education. An excellent benefit package including medical insurance,
retirement, paid holidays, and vacation is also offered.
