a benefit gospel singing for

Barrow County Christian
Academy will hold its first
annual fall festival Saturday,
Nov. 15, from 10 a.m. to 3
p.m. Activities include craft
booths, a cakewalk, face
painting, hayrides, pony rides
and photos, and a football and
basketball throw.
A drawing will be held for
male and female gift baskets
for a $5 donation. The male
basket includes 4 Thrasher
tickets, an autographed jersey,
tool set, gift cards, 3 months
at Anytime Fitness, fishing
equipment and more. The
female basket includes a free
hair cut, tanning supplies, 1
month at Curves, gift cards
and more.
The festival will take place
at Whistleville Christian
Church, located at 83 Patrick
Mill Road SW, Winder.

day. Lunch will be served at

Winder. The program for this
month will be a talk called,
“The Lighter Side of Fire
Safety for Seniors.”
NazarethUnitedMethodist
Church will hold its annual
“Ham & Egg Supper” Friday,
Nov. 21, from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Dine-in or take out is available.
Plates are $6 for adults and $4
for children. Proceeds will
benefit the United Methodist
Children’s Home. Personalized
Christmas ornaments will also
be sold to benefit Relay for

Hope Baptist Church will
celebrate 34 years of min
istry Sunday, Nov. 23, at 11
a.m. The morning worship
will include singing by “The
Threads of Hope” followed
