Want To Sell Your Home
In LESS Time For MORE Money?
YOU CAN!
When selling in a slow market you have two choices...
Lower The Price
or
Make Your Home MORE Desirable.
There is nothing more important when it comes to selling your home,
than to create a strong emotional appeal to buyers. A properly staged
home will create the emotion needed where the buyers imagine
themselves raising their families or entertaining their friends.
How Fast Do Staged Homes Sell?
Research shows that well staged homes sell approximately 32% faster
than non-staged homes. They also sell for 3 to 10% more. Do the
math! Homes that are properly staged sell faster. Think about it.
Rather than lowering your price, you can invest a much smaller amount
up front by hiring a professional stager to GET YOUR HOME SOLD!

THe HOLIDaYS!
Lei US SHOW YOU HOW!
it’s not what you eat - it’s HOW MUCH & WHEN
* Before a holiday event, eat a snack or light meal.
Foods high in protein,
like chicken or cottage cheese,
help you to eat less later
* Fasting before a big meal
or extra trips to the buffet
may lead you to overeat.
* Eat smaller portions of food. A buffet doesn’t
mean try everything! Choose the items you want
to try the most, and eat a small portion of each.
I # After a meal, go for a walk
I with your family to see
holiday displays
in your neighborhood.
I * Be realistic.
Don't try to diet during the holidays; just aim to
maintain your present weight.
