GRADUATION AT THE CHEE

Harrison Stadium. Photo by Jessica Brown
MEMORABLE NIGHT
High school graduations are always memorable but the Winder-Barrow High
School event for the Class of 2016 had more than its share of memories. During
the ceremony the lights at W. Clair Harris Stadium suddenly went off due to a
breaker that tripped, according to Georgia Power officials. The graduation con
tinued with seniors and those in attendance using their cell phones to help light
up the dark stadium. The lights were restored before the end of the event.
