as president
Kolter Homes recent

Rademacher has rejoined
the team as president.

ident and previously served
as Regional President for
Kolter Homes, helping
launch Cresswind, its na
tionally recognized active
adult community brand.
“We are very pleased to
have Bob back to lead the
Kolter Homes team,” Kolter
Group CEO Bobby Julien
said. “His experience and
vision will further fuel our
growth.”
In Rademacher’s new po
sition, he will oversee all
business aspects of Kolter
Homes to include construc
tion, development, land ac
quisition, marketing, sales
and growth strategy. A grad
uate of the University of
Kentucky-Lexington with a
bachelor of arts in business
administration and mar
keting. Rademacher brings
nearly 30 years of experi
ence to his new role.

Hall County
updates website
Visitors to HallCounty.org will notice an updated,
more streamlined user experience as part of a sched
uled redesign. The updates went live on Thursday,
Dec. 5.
The update features a new look, plus additional
functionality, such as a county meetings calendar and
easy, one-click access to county news, videos and
photos.
“Users can also sign up for email and text message
alerts, getting the latest information on press releases,
agendas and more, right on their phones,” said Brian
Stewart, Hall County Digital Media Specialist.
“Recently, Hall County Government solicited citi
zen input on its communications initiatives, and one
of the items most requested was a more streamlined
navigation process on our website. We immediately
worked with our website vendor, Civic Plus, to update
our navigation menus to make it easier for residents to
find the information they’re looking for.”
Users of the Hall County app will also notice an
updated look and feel.
Jackson County was recently awarded an Employee Safety Grant from the ACCG - Group Self-Insur

County awarded employee safety grant
Jackson County was re
cently awarded an Employ
ee Safety Grant from the
ACCG - Group Self-Insur
ance Workers’ Compensa
tion Fund (ACCG-GSIW
CF). The Employee Safety
Grant Program is available
to fund members that fos
ter a culture of workplace
safety through additional
training, equipment or ser
vices.

vide this newly created
grant program to assist
members in improving
their safety efforts,” said
ACCG-GSIWCF board
of trustees chairman and
McDuffie County com
missioner Frederick Fa
vors. “The opportunity
to receive the Employee
Safety Grant is just one of
the many benefits of being
a part of ACCG’s mem
ber-owned workers’ com
pensation program.”
The ACCG-GSIWCF
board of trustees allotted
$1.5 million in grant funds
over the next three years,
with $500,000 available to
eligible members in 2019.

mately $246 million. Since
1985, the program has
returned more than $81
million in dividends to the
membership.

Management Services
(LGRMS). a non-profit
agency operated jointly
with the Georgia Munic
ipal Association. Each
member appoints a Safety
Coordinator to work with
LGRMS on creating and
maintaining safe work
ing environments for their
government officials, em
ployees, and volunteers.
Caudell named business development manager for Carroll Daniel

Caudell has joined its team
as a business development
manager.
As business develop
ment manager, Caudell’s
role at Carroll Daniel will
focus on building business
opportunities and relation
ships with companies that
relocate or expand into the
Southeastern United States.
She will play a role in the
sustainable growth of the
business, diversifying the
company’s portfolio and
accommodating the con
struction needs the area is
experiencing due to recent
economic growth. Caudell
will work out of Carroll
Daniel Construction’s
Gainesville office location.

Prior to assuming the role
of business development
manager. Caudell served as
senior project manager for
the Georgia Department of
Economic Development in
Northeast Georgia, where
she was responsible for ex
isting industry and regional
recruitment projects in Re
gion 2 of the state. During
that time. Caudell oversaw
more than $1.7 billion in
investment to Northeast
Georgia.

my background to enhance

University of Georgia’s

Government. Caudell re
sides in Habersham Coun
ty with her husband, Chan,
and two children, Grade
and Smith.
