Tenn, Sept, 29.—A dispatch from Bowling Green Ky., of the 26th. says that Dr. Johnson, State Senator from Paducah left Frank fori, Ky., on T uesday night, and made his way t° l his place under great difficulty. Dr. Johnson says that the feeling in Frankfort is almost unan imous in favor of the South. . The Federal is 1 sxx’ere committing all manner of depredations in that section of the State. They have five regiments at and near Muldrougli’s Hill; and 3 000 Home Guards, at and near Camp Dick Robinson. But few Kentuckians were, en listing, and nearly all of their troops were from Indiana and Ohio. Advices from Green River to-d iy, state that after a meeting held in Louisville by Gen. Rob ert Anderson, G. W. A iderson. I’enb icker. and other prominent Union men, Gen. Anderson tel egraphed to Gov. Dennison, of Ohio, to send on immediately all tiie companies, and parts ol com' panics however small. Memphis. Tenn.. Sept 26, — A gentleman just arrived from She’by county. Ky.. reports there are 2.0’J0 armed Confederates under Humphrey' Marshall. The whole county is in a blaze of ex citement. The State Guards, xvith arms are join ing his command. any of the first citizens of the /State have been arrested and bastiled. The Kentucky Legislature endorses tiie atroci ties of the Federalists. It is reported tiiat A idy Johnson has been ar rested by the Kentucky Confederates. Another Victory. Memphis. Tenn.
