fore the courthouse door in Houston

hours of sale, to the highest bidder
for cash, the following described

93, 101 Land District, Houston
County, Georgia, known as Lot 11,
Block A, Section 1, Erin Glen Subdi
vision, according to a plot of record
in Plot Book 61, Page 146, Clerk's
Office, Houston Superior Court. Said
plat is incorporated herein for all
purposes.
This sale will be made un
der the Power of Sale contained in a
deed to secure debt in favor of Se
curity Bank of Bibb County, dated
November 26, 2004 from Jonathan
L. Nelson and Lakeshia A. Nelson,
recorded in Deed Book 3258, Pages
285-290, Clerk’s Office, Houston
County Superior Court. Said deed
secures a note payable in monthly
installments. Default has occurred in
the payment, and the power of sale
in said deed to secure debt has be
come operative. A copy of the notice
of sale is being given to debtor as
required by O.C.G.A. Section
44-14-162.2. The proceeds of said
sale will be applied as provided in
said deed. Said sale will also be
made subject to all unpaid ad valo
rem taxes, liens and assessments, if
any.
To the best of the under
