Warner Robins Police offi
cers made* a citizen contact with
Vonterrelle Glover at 1507 Watson
Blvd. A records check revealed that
Vonterrelle Glover had an outstand
ing warrant through the City of Ma
con. A search incident to lawful ar
rest revealed that Vonterrelle Glover
had in his left front pocket a small
plastic baggie, which contained sus
pected marijuana. In Vonterrelle
Glover's right front pocket, there
was a small set of silver scales.
Also, in Vonterrelle Glover's left rear
pocket, there was a green "ziploc"
bag, which contained suspected
marijuana. Search of the backseat
where Vonterrelle Glover was
seated revealed a black bag on the
floorboard, which contained a clear
bag with suspected marijuana, and
a clear plastic bag which contained
forty- four (44) MDMA pills.
The above listed property
was being used or intended for use,
directly or indirectly, to facilitate vio
lations of the Georgia Controlled
Substances Act, and/or represents
proceeds realized or derived from
such violations and/or funds com
mingled with such proceeds and/or
represent "things of value" found I
close prbxirfiity to controlled sub
stances and' is subject o forfeiture
pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 16-13-49.
All parties claiming an in
terest in said property are further ad

and Herman Lee Holloway. A sub
sequent search of the vehicle re
vealed approximately two hundred
tablets of Ecstacy (MDMA), a bag
containing marijuana and U.S. Cur
rency in the amount of $874.00. The
subjects were arrested for
VGCSA-Trafficking in MDMA and
VGCSA-Possession of Marijuana.

rant at 117 Trinity Drive, Warner
