It was the previous

County High. That play was
late in the first quarter, and
though Bass was able to get
back to the sidelines oh his
own power, he did not return
to the game.
“He’s improving,” said
Eagles head coach Conrad
Nix after the Dutchtown
game on Bass’ prognosis
for next week’s sub-region
game at Stockbridge High.
“He’s got a little strained
knee, and hopefully he’ll be
back in a week or so.

Camp registration to be held
The Warner Robins Recreation Department will be tak
ing registration for the Youth Academy Fall Break Camp
for boys and girls ages 7-12 starting Monday.
Activities, according to a release, include games, arts
and crafts and more. The camp will be held Oct. 8-15 from
7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. daily.
The cost is $65 per child for city residents, $123 for
county residents and $202 for those out of county.
Attendees need to bring a sack lunch each day. Drinks
and afternoon snacks will be provided. Call 929-6946 for

Houston County High School will host the Fall Break
Soccer Camp Oct. 9-11. The camp is open to girls and

ing the Lady Trojans 4-2
in a rain-shortened game
Thursday in Fort Valley.
That came on the heels
of back-to-back wins this
week to two sub-region

Wednesday at Southwest-
Macon, Perry won 7-6 after
dodging a seventh-inning
rally by the Patriots. The
Panthers led 7-3 going into
the last half of the sev
enth.
