buildings and improvements thereon
(or that may hereafter be erected
thereon); and together with the here
ditaments and appurtenances and
all other rights thereunto belonging,
or in anywise now or hereafter ap
pertaining, and the reversion and re
versions, remainder and remain
ders, rents, issues and profits
thereof; including but not limited to
all gas and electric fixtures; all radia
tors, heaters, furnaces, heating
equipment, steam and hot water
boilers, stoves and ranges; all eleva
tors and motors; all bathtubs, sinks,
water closets, basins, pipes, faucets
and other plumbing fixtures; all man
tels and cabinets; all refrigerating
plants and refrigerators, whether
mechanical or otherwise; all cooking
apparatus; all furniture, shades,
awnings, screens, blinds and other
furnishings; all of which apparatus,
fixtures, and equipment, whether af
fixed to the realty or not, shall be
considered real estate for the pur
poses hereof; and including all fur
nishings now or hereafter attached
to or used in and about the building
or buildings now erected or hereaf
ter to be erected on the lands herein
described which are necessary to
the complete and comfortable use
and occupancy of such building or
buildings for the purposes for which
they were or are to be erected, in
cluding ail goods, chattels, and per
sonal property as are ever used or
furnished in operating a building or
the activities conducted therein,
similar to the one herein described
and referred to, and all renewals or
replacements thereof or articles in
substitution therefor; and
TOGETHER WITH all
building materials and equipment
now or hereafter delivered to said
premises and intended to be in
stalled therein.
The debt secured by said
Security Deed has been and is
hereby declared due and payable
because of, among other possible
events of default, the nonpayment of
monthly installments on said Note.
The debt remaining in default, this
sale will be made for the purpose of
paying the same and expenses of
the sale including attorneys' fees.
The property will be sold
as the property of Alternative Hous
ing Castaways, L.L.C., and subject
to any outstanding ad valorem taxes
(including taxes which are a lien but
not yet due and payable), any mat
ters that might be disclosed by an
accurate current survey and inspec
tion of the property, and all assess
ments, liens, encumbrances, restric
tions, covenants and matters of re
cord superior to the Security Deed, if
any.

curity Deed having been given to se
cure a Note of even date in the origi
nal principal amount of Seventy-Five
