According to a police report, members of the Newport News Fugitive Unit, along with the United States Marshall’s Service- Fugitive Task Force were able F DECAPITE ■ : 'j;|^K %■ V .M$ WHITE to locate Steven Joseph Decapite in Yorktown, Va., Friday. According to the report, Decapite was taken into cus tody without incident and is being held in the Newport News Jail until he can be extradited back to Georgia for the charges of burglary and armed robbery. Still at large as of Monday was Jason Thomas White. Both were also suspects in an armed robbery at LikHome Hotel in Warner Robins Sept. 6. Funeral services were held Sunday, October 21, 2007 in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Interment fol lowed at Centerville Cemetery. Chaplain Mary Gardner offici ated. Mr. Leverette, a native of Macon, was the son of the late Isaiah H. and Mary (Greathouse) Leverette. He was a retired truck driver having worked with the Middle Georgia Beer Company, Pabst Blue Ribbon, Colonial Bread, J.B. Hunt and Gateway. Many of his fellow truckers knew him as “Moose" and “Levi”. Mr. Leverette enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of the B & R Hunting Club, was an avid coin collector and Georgia Bulldog fan. But, one of his favorite passions was being with all his grandchildren, nieces and nephews watching them in school and sporting activities, he never missed an event. Survivors include his daugh ters, Lisa Hardy (Bruce) of Byron, Tina “Cat” Pittman (Joe) of Gray, sisters, Ann Hancock (Ronny) of Lizella, Madelyn “Booty” Man gets 30 years -15 to serve Special to the Journal According to a release, Brandon Judon Rozier, age 25, of 113 Alabama Avenue, Warner Robins entered a plea of guilty Friday to charges stemming from the armed robbery of Bob’s Package Store in Bonaire and the assault upon the workers inside. Rozier entered a plea of guilty to armed robbery, aggravated battery and aggravated assault. The armed robbery was for rob bing Alpesh Patel, the owner of Bob’s Package Store, of the cash proceeds of the day. The aggravated assault was for pointing the firearm at Sandhta Mehta, the clerk, and forcing her to the back of the store. The aggravat ed battery was for striking Patel in the head with the gun. Ethelyne Watson Risher PERRY - Ethelyne Watson Risher, 91, of Perry, passed away at Colonial Gardens on Friday, Oct. 19, 2007. Funeral services were held Monday at Woodlawn Cemetery. Mrs. Risher, born in Hall County, was the daughter of the late Claude W. and Florence Warren Martin, and had lived in Houston County most of her life. She was retired from the Houston County ASCS office. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Perry where she taught Sunday School for many years. Survivors include her chil dren: Gail Watson Brown and William Derek Watson (Janie), both of Perry; her grandchildren, Robert Watson Brown (Stacey) of Sandersville, Richard Alan Brown (Margo) of Athens, Trina Watson Martin of Forsyth, Mary Jane Kinnas (Chris) of Perry, Guy Merrill Watson (Elizabeth) of Camilla, and James Campbell Watson (Melanie) of Kathleen, 1 ROZIER and his lack of a significant criminal record. Having heard all of that, Judge Katherine Lumsden pointed out that “the vic tims were terrorized, there is a price for that.” To that end, Lumsden sentenced Rozier to 30 years to serve 15 years in prison. As the 15 years is for armed robbery, it carries with it no parole. Fountain CENTERVILLE - Silly J. Fountain, 69, passed away Friday. Graveside services were held Monday in the Mausoleum at Parkway Memorial Gardens. His brother preceded him in death. Earl Perry WARNER ROBINS - Earl “Pee Wee” Perry, 82, passed away Thursday. His parents, a son, sister and granddaughter preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann Bartlett, Perry; two sons, a daughter, a grandchild and a niece. Services were held Saturday at McCullough Funeral Home. Grace frammell WARNER ROBINS - Grace Trammell, 84, passed away Saturday. Her parents, George Love and Cora Ledford Love, preceded her in death. Survivors include her daughter, Tammy Trammell (George Stokes), Warner Robins; sister, Bonnie Walker, Centerville; brothers, Oakie Love, Athens, and James Love, Hampton. Graveside ser vices were held Tuesday. its sentence.
