Conduct giving rise to seizure and
forfeiture:
Warner Robins Narcotics Intelli
gence Unit and S.W.A.T.team exe
cuted a search warrant at 215 Ever
green Street. During the search of
the residence several baggies were
found along with a razor blade and
approximately twenty pieces of
"crack" cocaine and approximately
87.2 grams of marijuana.
The above listed property
was being used or intended for use,
directly or indirectly, to facilitate vio
lations of the Georgia Controlled
Substances Act, and/or represents
proceeds realized or derived from
such violations and/or funds com
