Q, Why is the Academy of Country Musk Awards * held in LA. and Las Vegas, but not Nashville, the country music capital of the world? Judith Harrison, Brent wood, N.Y. “The Academy of Country Music has always been a Las Angeles-based organization,” says the group’s executive director, Bob Romeo.
