In May, London and Kelly surprised lucky reader Tamara Hill Garner, 36, of Chicago with the news that she had been chosen, then whisked her off to New York City to shop and learn. The results of her makeover, revealed Nov. 16 on TLC, were impressive. This self-described frumpy wife, mother and social worker went from drab to fab and couldn’t be happier.
