1403, Page 601, Houston County,
Georgia Records; said Deed to Se
cure Debt having been given to se
cure a Note dated, in the original
principal amount of $40,000.00,
there will be sold by the undersigned
at public outcry, during the legal
hours of sale before the door of the
Courthouse of Houston County,
Georgia, on the first Tuesday in De
cember to the highest and best bid
der for cash, the following described
property:
All that tract or parcel of
land lying and being in Land Lot
202, of the Fifth sth Land District,
Houston County, Georgia, being
known and designated as Lot 6,
Block L, Extension No. 1, Northview
Subdivision, according to a plat of
survey of said subdivision prepared
by Rhodes-Sewell, Surveyor, dated
July 16, 1954 and recorded in Plat
Book 3, Page 174, Clerk(s Office,
Houston Superior Court. Said plat
and the recorded copy thereof are
hereby incorporated for all pur
poses.
A default in the payments
due on said Note and Deed to Se
cure Debt has occurred and Grantee
has declared the entire debt secured
by said Deed to Secure Debt due
and payable. Notice has been given
of intention to enforce provisions for
collection of attorney's fees and
foreclosure in accordance with legal
requirements and the terms of the
Deed to Secure Debt and Note. The
indebtedness remaining in default,
the sale will be made for the pur
pose of applying proceeds thereof to
the payment of the indebtedness se
cured by the Deed to Secure Debt,
accrued interest and expenses of
the sale or other sums secured by
the Deed to Secure Debt including
attorney's fees, and the remainder, if
any, shall be applied as provided by
law.
To the best of the under
signed's knowledge and belief the
property is. in the possession of
Samuel Clay, Sr. and Velecia Clay
and said property will be sold as the
property of Samuel Clay, Sr. and
Velecia Clay, subject to outstanding
ad valorem taxes, street improve
ments and easements or restrictions
of record, if any.
The undersigned will exe
cute a deed to the purchaser at said
sale as provided in the Deed to Se
cure Debt.
