enforce provisions for collection of

dated December 28, 2000, filed for
record January 8, 2001, and re
corded in Deed Book 1657, Pages
101-112, Clerk's Office, Houston
Superior Court. The undersigned will
execute a deed to the purchaser at
said sale as provided in the Security
Deed.
