that you will lose all rights to the
child at issue at this action and you
will not be entitled to object to the
termination of your rights to the child
unless, within 30 days of your re
ceipt of this notice you file:
(1) A petition to legitimate
the child pursuant to O.C.G.A. Sec
tion 19-7-22; and
(2) Notice of the filing of
the petition to legitimate with the
Court in which the action under this
code section is pending, which is the

not the legal father loses all rights to
the child and the Court shall enter
an Order terminating all such fa
ther's rights to the child and such fa

tion 15-11-96(e), he:
(1) Does not file a legitima
tion petition and give notice as re
quired in O.C.G.A. Section
15-11 -96(h);
(2) Files a legitimation peti
tion which is subsequently dis
missed for failure to prosecute; or
(3) Files a legitimation petition and
the action is subsequently con
cluded without a Court order declar
ing a finding that he is the legal fa
ther of the child.

estate of Steven Mitchell Solomon,
deceased, for decedent's minor chil
dren Kennard Deshaun Solomon &
Kenneth Lee Solomon, having been
duly filed, all interested person are
hereby notified to show cause, if any
they have, on or before December
10, 2007, why said petition should
not be granted.
All objections to the peti
tion must be in writing, setting forth
the grounds of any such objections,
and must be filed on or before the
time stated in the preceding sen
tence. If any objections are filed, a
hearing will be scheduled at a later
date. If no objections are filed, the
petition may be granted without a
hearing.
