According to a release from the organization, there are three distributions annually where students select a new book. Funds to provide for this, according to the release, come from prof its from the AAUW Used Book Sale held at the old Houston Mall. On Oct. 1, Pete Golden with the Georgia Emergency Management Agency visited Diana Phillips’ computer classes to teach students about Internet safety and cyber bullying.
