I thought it would be fairly simple and only take a moment. Wrong! Did you know that there are three Mount Vernon’s in Georgia alone? The website listed the counties that the three Mount Vernons were in. Well, that didn’t help me a bit, because I didn’t even know there were three Mount Vernons in Georgia and I certainly didn’t know what counties they were in. I knew the general direction that I needed to be going, so after much research and annoyance, I ruled out two of the Mount Vernons. I finally had the correct Mount Vernon to get directions to. I even live on a dirt road. It’s just going to be difficult to get directions from a little talking box where the roads aren’t named or marked. You’re going to miss out on some very rich and reward ing experiences. So, this year for Christmas you might want to ask for a crock pot instead. You’ll get a lot more use out of it. Now in its second year, the “ Demon Dress Drive,” will collect gently-used formal wear in all styles and sizes and will sell them on February 9, 2008 in the school’s Rockin’ R Case. Student Council President Stephen Bailey suggested that asking Miss WRHS to be the first dress donor this year would set a fine example for other students and adults in the community.
