Groups make Hearts to Heroes delivery Special to the Journal Southland’s Full Throttle Magazine and Harley- Davidson of Atlanta, accord ing to a release, delivered donations made by their readers and customers to Hearts to Heroes of Warner Robins Dec. 4. The items, according to the release, were collected at the sixth anniversary party for Full Throttle Magazine, the theme for the party was “Armed Forces Comfort and Joy” collecting comfort items for the joy of our armed forc es. The donated items will be mailed by Hearts to Heroes to deployed military mem bers of every service with funds donated by the Middle Georgia Military Affairs WALK From page iA and Perry historian. “The goal is to point out the fact that there is such a rich history even though Perry is a small town,” said Sendek. Some of the histori cal information was supplied by Loudermilk who said she feels that the purpose of the project is to honor those who built the town and to keep the history alive. She, according to the release, believes that the cre ativity of teenagers lends an exciting twist to the tour and the stories told by the actors. “The students have worked hard to create monologues that are factual and very complimentary to the fami lies,” said Loudermilk. A donation is requested, with a suggestion of $2 per person. Evergreen Cemetery is located at the end of Main Street. Parking for the pro duction is available across the street. The doors open one hour prior to the program and admission is free. The Warner Robins Singing Christmas Tree is a gift from Central Baptist Church to Middle Georgia. The Warner Robins Jazz Ensemble, under the direction of Todd P.
