On, 10-17-2007, The
Houston County Sheriff's Depart
ment, Interstate Criminal Enforce
ment Unit and Traffic Unit, con
ducted a traffic stop on a vehicle oc
cupied by Aaron Rodnell Miller,
Robert Bernard Whiting, Jr., and
Lakeldric Marcell Walker. A narcot
ics detection K-9 gave a positive
alert and a subsequent search of the
vehicle revealed approximately on
Kilogram of Cocaine and the cur
rency. The subjects were arrested
and charged with Trafficking in Co
caine and the currency was seized.

Ofc Chuck Hulon initiated
a traffic stop near 800 Young Ave,
this city, in reference to a vehicle
that ran off the roadway. The driver
Elbert Lee Williams exited the vehi
cle and was eventually arrested for
driving under the influence of alco
hol. While Mr. Williams was
searched, incident to arrest, two
clear plastic bags fell to the ground
from his pants leg area. One clear
plastic bag contained suspected ec
stasy and the other clear plastic bag
contained a quarter cookie of
"crack'' cocaine. The narcotics field
tested positive. Mr. Williams had
$854.55 in US Currency on his per
son.
The above listed property
was being used or intended for use,
directly or indirectly, to facilitate vio-

lations of the Georgia Controlled
Substances Act, and/or represents
proceeds realized or derived from
such violations and/or funds com
mingled with such proceeds and/or
represent "things of value" found I
