rior Court. Said deed to secure debt
secures promissory note from Gen
eral Thomas to Silver Pines, LP
dated October 3, 2006 in the
amount of $47,000.00, together with
interest as provided therein, being
repayable December 3, 2006. Silver
Pines, LP is the owner and holder of
said note and said deed to secure
debt which secures the same.
Said General Thomas de
faulted by failing to make payment
according to the terms of said note
and because of said default in failing
to make said payment when due,
and in accordance with the provi
sions of said note and of said deed
to secure debt, the undersigned has
exercised its option to declare the
remainder of the debt due and col
lectible, and the power of sale con
tained in said deed to secure debt
has become operative.
The said General Thomas
has been notified in writing that the
provisions in said note relative to the
payment of attorney's fees will be
enforced.
Said sale will be con
ducted subject to any State and
County ad valorem taxes which may
due and payable on said property
and to the right of the United States
of America to redeem said property
for a period of 120 days following
the sale of said property in connec
tion with a Federal Tax Lien in the
original amount of $15,752.79, filed
on October 22, 2004, against Gen
eral Thomas recorded on GED Book
48, Page 697 in the Clerk's Office,
Houston Superior Court, a deed
executed to the purchaser subject to
State and County ad valorem taxes
which are past due and unpaid and
to the right of the United States of
America to redeem said property for
a period of 120 days following the
sale of said property in connection
with the aforesaid Federal Tax Lien
