Conduct giving rise to seizure and
forfeiture:
A search warrant was exe
cuted on 12/07/2007 at approxi
mately 1355 hrs. Mr. Montgomery
and Mr. Bunkley were at the resi
dence at the time of the search war
rant. 7.0 grams of crack cocaine
was found under the mattress in one
of the bedrooms. The crack cocaine
field tested positive for the presence
of cocaine.
The above listed property
was being used or intended for use,
directly or indirectly, to facilitate vio
lations of the Georgia Controlled
Substances Act, and/or represents
proceeds realized or derived from
such violations and/or funds com
mingled with such proceeds and/or
represent "things of value" found I
close proximity to controlled sub

Conduct giving rise to seizure and
forfeiture:
Warner Robins Police Offi
cers were dispatched to 12003 Wat
son Blvd to assist Forsyth County
Deputies with a wanted fugitive they
had witnessed in the area. Mr.
David Beck had felony warrants.
David and Cheryl Beck were at the
Waffle House eating and when they
left a felony stop was initiated. Both
subjects were taken into custody
and a search of the truck was con
ducted. The search revealed a host
of prescription drugs, forged checks,
forged prescriptions, a large sum of
money and a large variety of elec
tronic equipment.
The above listed property
was being used or intended for use,
