according to a release, were
dispatched to Buffalo’s Case
located at 3061 Watson Blvd.,
Thursday to a reported stab
bing.
An investigation, accord
ing to the release, concluded
that Mario Cavalli Harris,
30, stabbed Stephen Thad
Register, 32, once with a
knife during a confrontation

Harbuck, 84, of Marshallville,
Ga., passed away December
25„ 2007 at Oaks Nursing
Home. Funeral services
were held Friday at Mt. Zion
- St. Luke Lutheran Church
in Oglethorpe, Ga., with
Pastor Don Rehner officiat
ing. Interment followed in
Marshallville City Cemetery.
Mrs. Harbuck was born in
Macon County, Ga., to the
late John Noah and Mattie
Tarrer Williams. She was
preceded in death by her
husband Alva W. Harbuck.
She was a homemaker and
an avid gardener, a faithful
member of Mt. Zion - St.
Luke Lutheran Church, and
a devoted wife, mother and
grandmother.
Survivors include her
daughter and son-in-law,
Mary Jane and Freddy
Virden of Marshallville, Ga.;
two grandchildren, Gary and
Katherine Virden of Orlando,
Fla., and Keith and Heather
Virden of Fort Valley, Ga.; two

dren, along with nieces and
nephews.
