Burglars return to the scene of the crime with same results: Arrest
Special to the Journal
A couple of local teens
have put a whole new - and
illegal - twist to having a
second cup of coffee.
On Dec. 16, 2007, an inves
tigation by the Warner Robins
Police Department following
a burglary response to Java
Bytes Coffee Shop, Subway,
found that David Shaw, 17
of Bonaire, Christopher
Baynard, 19 and also of
Bonaire and Justin Mosley,
19 and from Warner Robins,
were responsible for the bur
glary of the establishment,
which is located at 1114
West Highway 96.
Shaw and Baynard turned
themselves in three days
later and Mosley did like
wise Dec. 20, 2007. The trio
was processed on the charge,
according to a police depart
ment release, and let out on
bond.
So,' who do you think the
PD found standing suspi
ciously in front of Java Bytes
on the morning (4:30 a.m.)
of Dec. 26, 2007?
Shaw and Baynard - appar
ently Mosley was smart
enough to stay home this
time. The two, according
to the police release, were
found standing on the patio
wearing masks and gloves.
Further, they were in pos
session of a vehicle jack and
a taser. And, according to
police, a further investiga
tion revealed that not only
had the jack and taser been
stolen from a residence/
resident they had spent the
night at the day prior - on
Christmas - but also a 1995
Chevy S-10 also belonging to
the resident.
It, according to the police,
was found parked at the
Lake Joy Emergency Care
building, just down from the
strip mall.

TESTIMONIAL
“When our Mother passed away, our Father
decided he wanted to relieve his family from
having to make such important financial
decisions during a period of great stress and
grief: therefore, according to his wishes, he
prearranged and prepaid those expenses. Even
though I live out of town, the burden on me as
well as my siblings of not having to make those
difficult decisions was truly a blessing and a
wonderful gift from my Father to this family.”
