That certain lot situate, ly
ing and being in Land Lot 315 of the
Tenth Land District of Houston
County, Georgia, and in the City of
Perry, known and designated as a
portion of Lot 9 in Block "G", Clear
view Park, according to a plat of sur
vey prepared by Richard L. Jones,
Surveyor, on June 17, 1980, a copy
of said plat being of record in Map
Book 23, Page 62, Clerk's Office,
Houston Superior Court. Said plat
of survey and the recorded copy
thereof are hereby made a part of
this description by reference thereto.
The debt secured by said
deed to secure debt has been de
clared due because of default in the
payments thereon, and in the due
performance of the covenants
therein contained. The debt remain
ing in default, this sale will be made
for the purpose of paying same and
all expenses of the sale, including
reasonable attorney's fees.
Said property shall be
sold as the properly of Wesley C.
Parkerson and Kimberly N. Parker
son and their successors in title,
subject to outstanding ad valorem
taxes, easements, and other matters
as will otherwise appear on the pub
lic records in Houston County and
other restrictions of record. To the
best of the undersigned's knowledge
and information, the above de
scribed property is presently in the
possession of Wesley C. Parkerson
and Kimberly N. Parkerson.
Notice in compliance with
Official Code of Georgia Annotated
Sections 44-14-162 through
44-14-162.4 has been provided in
accordance with the provisions of
said Code Section.
The undersigned will exe
cute a deed to the purchaser at said
sale as provided in the aforemen
tioned deed to secure debt.
