rior Court and as modified by modifi
cation of outline of protective cove
nants dated January 1, 1982, re
corded in Deed Book 784, Pages
249-250, aforesaid records, and fur
ther is modified by modification
agreement recorded in modification
of outline of protective covenants,
recorded in Deed Book 784, Pages
251, 252, aforesaid records and fur
ther subject to a 40 foot minimum
building line as shown on the afore
said plat of survey.

Georgia, together with all fixtures
and other personal property con
veyed by said deed.
The sale will be held sub
ject to any unpaid taxes, assess
ments, rights-of-way, easements,
protective covenants or restrictions,
liens, and other superior matters of
record which may affect said prop
erty.
The sale will be con
ducted subject (1) to confirmation
that the sale is not prohibited under
the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and (2) to
final confirmation and audit of the
status of the loan with the holder of
the security deed.
Notice has been given of
intention to collect attorneys' fees in
accordance with the terms of the
note secured by said deed.
Said property will be sold
as the property of James L. Kersey,
Jr. and the proceeds of said sale will
be applied to the payment of said in
debtedness, the expense of said
sale, all as provided in said deed,
and the undersigned will execute a
deed to the purchaser as provided in
the aforementioned Security Deed.
