fault in the payment of the debt se

dersigned attorney-in-fact for the

door of the courthouse in said
county within the legal hours of sale,
for cash, to the highest bidder on the

made subject to the following items

which may be liens upon the prop

ments, curbing, garbage, water,
sewage and public utilities which
