Because of default in pay
ment of indebtedness secured by a
Deed to Secure Debt executed by
CLM Development, Inc. d/b/a Triad
Construction, dated July 6, 2006,
and recorded in Deed Book 3912,
Page(s) 224-226, Clerk's Office,
Houston Superior Court, the under
signed, Security Bank of Houston
County has declared the entire
amount of said indebtedness due
and payable in accordance with the
terms of said deed and the note se
cured thereby; and pursuant to the
power of sale contained in said
deed, there will be sold by the un
dersigned at public outcry before the
courthouse door in Houston County,
Georgia, on the first Tuesday in
May, 2008 within the legal hours of
sale, to the highest bidder for cash,
the following described property,
to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of
land situate, lying and being in Land
Lot 13 of the Eleventh (11th) Land
District of Houston County, Georgia,
being known and designated as Lot

ernors Estate Subdivision, according
to a plat of said subdivision of record

Court. Said plat and the record
